Another day gone. Great day today….filled with learning/adventure/excitement/mystery, and other stuff too. Worked/trained all day, and then came back to the hotel alone again. Had too much energy to relax, so I headed out towards an outdoor mall to find an outlet. Found a Banana Republic!!!! That opens next month. Jerks.

Found a Coldstone Creamery!!! Didn’t go. Not sure why….but anyways, I went to see “War of the Worlds” finally. Got to sit right in the middle, cause like 2 people go to the movies on Thursday at 6:30pm. It was a good movie for the special effects. And for Dakota whats-her-face. She’s a pretty good little actress. But that Tom Cruise guy…whew. PPPPLLLLLTTTT (that’s how you spell a loud fart noise, by the way) Cheesy lines, cheesy character, random unbelievable action sequences, and an ending that sucked butt. I’m glad I saw it in the theater, because if I’d waited to rent it, I wouldn’t have been impressed by anything really.

I’m still wondering whether its better to have someone in front of you, who moves around once in a while, but you can see just fine, and tune them out…or having no one at all in front of you, but the guy behind you keeps boxing the back of your seat…keeps chomping on noisy popcorn, slurping down pop, and forgetting that because this theater has nice seats, he shouldn’t put his feet up on them. Oh yeah, your heads there too.

I’m pretty sure I’d rather have this guy in front of me than behind me. Ah well.

Meanwhile, be praying for the people involved/connected to the bombing’s overseas today. I’m sure you’ve all heard of them. They need our prayers and support. The world is aching for God. Yearning for the Kingdom. Pregnant with anticipation. Let’s do our part to usher that Kingdom in NOW. ? Love. Pray. Mourn with those who mourn. Then find a flower and smile. There is still God in this world. Present in our every day lives…..God’s love, life, freedom, and mercy. Take a deep breath, slowly, and breathe out a prayer of thankfulness for all that we have.

Anyways, I’m rambling…..and need to go to bed. Less than 24 hours and I’ll see my wife again!!! I get to take her out, whoo hooo!!!:) Love you Sarah, and can’t wait to see you again!!!
