Hey everyone!

Whew…..well, we’ve got cable internet now…..and we’ve switched to Vonage phone service, which is pretty cool….Unlimited long distance for just $24.99, because it works through our broadband connection. Nice and cheap….sweet. Just hope our power doesn’t go out…because then we’d have no phones….ah well.:)

So I finally have a “myspace” site. It’s kinda cool, because I’ve found some old friends from high school. I haven’t really kept in touch with anyone from high school. Not on purpose, but just because I’m not very good at keeping in touch with anyone I don’t see on a regular basis. You may be one of those people I’m not good at keeping in touch with. In that case…sorry. E-mail me, and threaten my life if I don’t respond….:)

So Sarah’s sister/her husband/the baby Ella are moving in with us on Saturday!!! WHOO HOO!! It’s pretty exciting, and it’ll be neat to have them here!! We’re not sure yet how long they’ll be staying with us…..probably just until they can find a place, but I know we’ll be in no hurry to rush them out. Brooke’s husband Ben is a cool guy…and has also married into the Nicol family. What a bond we have.:)

So I’ve seen a ton of people doing those survey things that tell tons about you….I’m getting tempted to do one, just cause it seems like the “thing” to do. You all know how stinkin’ trendy I try to be. Oh wait…nope. Although I did buy a pink tie yesterday. It had “trendy” written all over it. It was $3.50. I figured as long as a trendy tie is cheap…I suppose I can buy it.

I’m going through a weird type of withdrawal. I miss being in a band. I miss singing with a group of talented musicians backing me up in front of a huge crowd. I miss Junior high kids thinking I’m cool just cause I sing in a band. Sigh. Okay, I’m better now.

Hope you’re all doing well. If you see my lil’ bro’ Brady, say wassup for me. He’s starting his SENIOR YEAR in High School….bet he’s pretty excited. Or if you see my sista’…Kady Jo…tell her wassup….she’s starting her Sophomore year, and her FIRST year at my soul mother, Olivet Nazarene University!!! Or my other younger brother….Darin….starting his SENIOR YEAR at Olivet Nazarene University! He’s got a girl, and they seem great for each other….wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t attending some sort of ceremony in the next couple years. Finally….my oldest brother…Larry. He rocks, though I don’t hear from him as much as I’d like to. He’s living in Virginia, workin’ for the man, makin’ the dough. And then there’s my parents in Michigan….selling the business, retiring…..spending all of their savings on traveling all over the world (except Decatur, IL). If you see my family…tell them I miss and love ’em. And they better come visit soon. 🙂
